Ever since it was established, XINIS Educational Organization has seen after the vocational rehabilitation of its graduates no matter which faculty of the organization they study at. This is why it set up the Graduates’ Employment Office (GEAS-XINIS).

Every year, GEAS XINIS organizes the Career Days, where the persons in charge of hiring personnel of the companies from every field come to XINIS Educational Organization, contact the students and pick out their new staff members.
