Our Vision
Ever since it was established, Xinis Educational Organization has no doubt been keen to the issues referred to the community. Even in the periods in which the public was unaware of the concept of the corporate responsibility, neither was there any “social dictate” for compensative offer of the companies to the society, Xinis Educational Organization was the only educational institution which had enacted the system of scholarships for special groups of citizens, by adopting social and academic criteria intended to relieve the financially weak classes as well as to reward the students who excelled in their studies.
At the same time, by organizing seminars, conferences and lectures, Xinis Educational Organization has occasionally supported the efforts of various institutions in their effort to promote social issues, such as combating the drugs, environmental protection, creative employment of youth, advisory support to parents, helping our country to emerge as an “International Educational Center”, etc.
In the last few years, Xinis Educational Organization has developed activities in all three fields of the corporate social responsibility: Productive function, Business function, Responsibilities of the corporate citizen.
In principle, as far as the practices of productive and business functions are concerned, Xinis Educational Organization offers programs of professional education and training which are accompanied with high-level training services (experienced teaching staff, perfect infrastructure, pioneering services-institutions to the students). All such actions are so designed as to help ensure high quality standards, by establishing an optimum price-quality ratio, without regard to the gender, the age, the family status, the national descent, the color, the religion or the sexual orientation.
In the light of the term “Responsibilities of the Corporate Citizen”, Xinis Educational Organization and the IEK (Institute of Professional Training) XINIS provide every year as a standard practice educational scholarships to companies and institutions such as ΚΕΘΕΑ (Treatment Center for Addicted Persons), ΜΚΟ (Non-government organization of the Church of Greece «Solidarity», the ALBANIAN community, the House which accommodates the SOS villages, the union of the workers at Eurobank, etc. In addition, from within specific activities (i.e. Christmas bazaar, charity galas) we succeed to sensitize our students into making donations to such organizations as is MDA Hellas, the orphanage of Vouliagmeni, children’s SOS villages, the Good Samaritan Foundation, the Maternity Hospital Mitera etc.
It is our vision at Xinis Educational Organization to continue at faster paces the efforts towards the compensative offer to the community, with the commitment and activation of our human potential towards this direction: students, tutors, administrative staff & partners. Our ultimate goal is to help the organization to emerge as an innovative educational institute in that not only will it offer a perfect professional training and education but it will also promote ideas, values and standards that will enable our students to evolve into integrated personalities.
